Registration Benefits:
For In-Person Participants
- Access to All Sessions: All keynote speeches, presentations, and poster sessions, as well as the exhibition area.
- Conference Materials: Get all essential items like a name badge, program booklet, and a detailed Abstract Book.
- Complimentary Meals: Get refreshment breaks and lunch during the conference.
- Certificate of Accreditation: Official certification from the Organizing Committee in attendance recognition.
Note: Attendees registered under the “Delegate/Listener” or “Accompanying” categories are not eligible to present research in oral or poster sessions. Delegate/Listener is allowed to attend all the conference sessions. The accompanying person fee is solely for issuing an invitation and visa support letter and does not include conference access.
Virtual Participants
- Attend the conference anywhere in the globe and get
- Remote Access: Attend all live presentations without having to travel.
- Digital Resources: Get digital copies of the program and Abstract Book.
- E-Certificates: Get electronic certificates for your participation or presentation.
Standard Cancellation Policy
- 120 Days Before the Conference: A refund of minus a $200 administrative fee will be issued.
- Within 100 Days of the Conference: Refunds shall not be granted, but a registration fee paid can be forwarded to a subsequent event or used as credit toward another conference.
- Refund Processing: Applicable refunds shall take 60 days from your notice of cancellation date.
Natural Disasters or Other Unexpected Events
- The following apply to events such as natural disasters, industrial disputes, and acts of terrorism:
- The Organizers are permitted to postpone, reschedule, or cancel the conference if required.
- Refunds: In this case, registration and accommodation fees are not refundable.
- Options for Participants: The participants can carry over their registration fees to another event or any future affiliated conferences.
Visa Support Information
Visa application is at the discretion of the participant. Although Precision Global Conferences (PGC) does not issue visas, we will happily provide you with a Visa Support Letter to aid your application process.
Eligibility for a Visa Support Letter
The following are the conditions to qualify:
Complete Registration: You are expected to be a confirmed participant by registering for the conference.
Passport Copy: Scan and attach a copy of your valid passport featuring the photograph page.
Institutional Letter: If applicable, attach an endorsement letter from the institution confirming your participation
Request Time: Submit your visa support letter request in advance to ensure that it arrives before the scheduled travel date.
Start your visa application early to avoid unnecessary delays and ensure smooth participation in the conference.
