Yujin Chang

Biography

Dr. Yujin Chang is a board-certified Family Medicine physician based at the Asan Medical Center in Seoul, Korea. With specialized training in obesity management, cancer survivorship, and geriatric care, she is currently pursuing her Ph.D. at Hanyang University with a research focus on obesity and geriatric health.

Dr. Chang holds a medical degree from Hanyang University and a master's in biomedical science from Seoul National University. She has completed multiple fellowships in Family Medicine and Palliative Care across leading Korean hospitals, including Yeouido St. Mary’s Hospital and Korea University Guro Hospital. Her clinical work spans chronic disease prevention, palliative care, and non-invasive obesity treatment.

She has presented her research at international and national conferences, including WONCA APR and ICOMES, and remains actively engaged in translational research to improve quality of life in aging populations. Dr. Chang is a member of several professional societies, including the World Organization of Family Doctors and The Obesity Society.

Fluent in Korean and English, Dr. Chang brings a multidisciplinary and globally-informed approach to patient care and research.
