Where is the conference taking place?

The 2nd Edition of the Diabetes and Endocrinology World Conference (DEWC) 2026 will be held from  July 17-19, 2026, in Singapore.

+ What does the registration fee include?

In-person participants can avail

  • Full access to all abstract books, scientific sessions, keynotes, and panel discussions
  • Entry to poster and exhibition areas
  • Access to the networking sessions and welcome reception
  • Conference materials (digital program, ID badge, and certificate of participation)
  • Coffee breaks and lunch during the conference days

Note: Participants registered only for participation are not allowed to present their oral or poster presentations.

The virtual (online) participants can avail

  • Participants can present their research online from the convenience of their home or workplace.
  • Full virtual access to all conference sessions, including keynotes, oral presentations, and panel discussions.
  • A downloadable E-book of abstracts containing all accepted papers and presentations.
  • An official E-certificate of presentation and participation, issued electronically after the conference
+ Do group registrants receive any discounts?

+ How can I submit an abstract?

You can submit the abstracts in accordance with the instructions. The webpage contains information about the format and rules. You can submit the abstracts via email or a weblink.

+ How much time will be given for an oral presentation?

Each oral presenter will have 20 to 25 minutes in total — 20 minutes for presentation and 5 minutes for audience questions and discussion.

With regard to the poster presentations, you will have 10 to 15 minutes to complete your presentation along with questions and discussion.

+ What language should I speak during presentation?

The official language of the conference is English. All oral and poster presentations must be delivered in English to ensure consistency and engagement among our international audience.

+ How long does it take to contact back once I submit my abstract ?

You will receive an acknowledgment email immediately after submission. The review process typically takes 2–4 days. If you haven’t received any communication, please reach us by email:  diabetes@precisionglobalconferences.com

+ How I can request a visa invitation letter?
