- The conference will start at 8:30 AM each day, and presenters should arrive at least 30 minutes before their session to check in and set up.
- The session will commence promptly at 08:30 AM with an opening ceremony, followed by keynote presentations, speaker sessions, and poster presentations

Virtual Presentations:
Virtual presentations will be hosted via Zoom.
Zoom access links will be sent to all virtual presenters one week before the conference. Ensure you have tested your audio/video setup before your session.
Abstract Review and Selection
Submission Deadline: Abstracts must be submitted on the conference website or by email before the deadline.
Review Process: The conference organizing committee will review all submitted abstracts. The criteria for selection include:

Poster Session: Presenters are expected to be available to discuss their poster during the designated poster session. You will be able to interact with conference attendees and discuss your work.
Certification:
- Attendees will receive a certificate with their name and affiliation per our records. For any changes or requests, please get in touch with us at least one month before the conference.
- At the end of the conference, each participant will receive a certificate from the session chair or co-chair.
- The E-certificate will be emailed in 2-3 working days after the completion of the conference.
- It's important to note that co-authors not registered for the conference will not be eligible to receive a certificate.
